Data Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of data stored by NextChapterAI or to check a Facebook or Instagram data deletion request. This page is prepared for Meta app review and customer deletion requests.
Manual deletion request
Email support from the workspace owner address with your workspace name, connected Facebook or Instagram account name, and the data you want removed.
Facebook review request
When Meta sends a deletion request, NextChapterAI checks that it is trusted before processing it.
Confirmation code
A confirmation code is created so the request can be tracked by the customer and by Meta review tools.
Account access removal
Related customer profile data is anonymized where possible, and stored Facebook or Instagram access is removed or disabled.
Meta data deletion request
Meta may send a trusted deletion request to /api/compliance/meta-data-deletion.
The request is checked, recorded for compliance, and used to remove or disable stored Facebook or Instagram access. Matching customer profile data is anonymized where possible, and a confirmation code is returned.
If a request cannot be matched to a workspace automatically, support can still process it manually using the confirmation code, Meta user information, workspace email, or connected account details.
Manual request instructions
Email support@nextchapterai.app from the workspace owner email address. Include your workspace name, connected Facebook or Instagram account name, invoice number if the request is payment-related, and any confirmation code shown on this page.
Retention exceptions
Some invoice, payment proof, crypto transaction, refund note, manual override, backup, and audit data may be retained when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, security, or legal obligations.
Backups may temporarily contain deleted data until the backup rotation period expires. Restored backups must be reprocessed for deletion when applicable.
