These terms explain how customers may use NextChapterAI, a Facebook and Instagram AI reply SaaS for Myanmar businesses.
Service Scope
NextChapterAI provides AI-assisted social inbox, reply automation, billing, and operations tools for business workspaces.
Facebook and Instagram features depend on Meta approval, page access, event delivery, and review status.
Automatic payment checks, USDT review, Telegram approvals, and online payment services may vary by plan, region, merchant approval, and setup.
Accounts and Workspace Responsibility
You are responsible for connecting only Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, Telegram chats, payment accounts, and AI keys that you are authorized to manage.
You must keep user access, admin permissions, payment proof, invoice details, and support contact information accurate.
Workspace owners are responsible for their team members' actions, including payment approvals, automation changes, manual overrides, and admin settings.
Platform Policy and Automation Safety
NextChapterAI uses Meta's official sign-in and platform features for supported Facebook and Instagram work. Customers should not share Facebook or Instagram passwords with the service.
You may not use the service for spam, impersonation, scraping, unofficial access, password login automation, malware, illegal content, or activity that violates social platform policies.
V1 support is limited to Facebook and Instagram. Other social channels are not included unless a later product release explicitly enables them.
AI Output and Human Review
AI replies are generated from your settings, brand voice, conversation context, and chosen AI service. You are responsible for reviewing AI output when accuracy, safety, pricing, medical, legal, financial, or sensitive content matters.
NextChapterAI may block or route replies to human approval when limits, subscriptions, policy settings, or workspace rules require it.
Payments and Subscription Activation
KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and USDT payments may require owner review before a subscription is activated.
A payment may be delayed or rejected when proof is unreadable, transaction IDs do not match, blockchain records are missing, the amount is underpaid, the network is wrong, or fraud risk is detected.
Invoices, payment proofs, transaction IDs, USDT transaction records, approval decisions, refund notes, override reasons, and audit logs may be used to resolve disputes.
Refund Policy
Refund requests are reviewed case by case using invoice records, submitted proof, transaction IDs, USDT records, online payment records when available, and admin audit logs.
Duplicate payments, clear overpayments, failed activation after valid proof, or service errors may qualify for refund or account credit.
Payment service fees, exchange fees, wrong-network USDT transfers, underpaid invoices, abuse, policy violations, and consumed subscription periods may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by the business owner.
Refund notes and manual override reasons are retained for accountability and dispute handling.
Security, Suspension, and Termination
Sensitive account access and secrets are protected before storage, but you must still protect your account password, 2FA device, Telegram admin access, and payment accounts.
We may suspend or restrict workspaces that create security risk, payment risk, platform policy risk, abuse risk, or legal exposure.
You may stop using the service and request deletion according to the Data Deletion page, subject to lawful retention exceptions.
