NextChapterAI is a Facebook and Instagram AI reply SaaS for Myanmar businesses. This policy explains how we handle workspace, social, payment, AI, and compliance data.
Data We Collect
Account details such as name, email, workspace membership, role, login security status, and support contact details.
Workspace settings such as plans, limits, AI service choices, brand voice, team settings, notifications, and connected account settings.
Facebook and Instagram data such as Page details, professional account details, incoming events, conversations, comments, messages, tags, notes, and flow activity.
Billing data such as invoices, subscription status, payment method selection, payment proof, transaction IDs, USDT transaction records, approval decisions, refund notes, and audit records.
AI activity data such as selected service, model, usage, cost estimates, test results, and error status.
How We Use Data
To authenticate users and isolate each workspace.
To connect Facebook and Instagram pages using Meta's official sign-in and event delivery flows.
To provide inbox, automation, AI reply, human approval, billing, Telegram alert, and admin dashboard features.
To prevent abuse, fix failed background work, retry safe events, process support requests, and maintain audit trails.
To support privacy, data deletion, payment dispute, refund, and compliance requests.
Sensitive Credentials
Social account access, AI keys, payment secrets, Telegram bot access, Meta app secrets, and event secrets are protected before storage.
Customers never need to share Facebook or Instagram passwords. Supported social connections use Meta's official sign-in permissions.
Private keys for crypto wallets should not be stored on the VPS. NextChapterAI is designed for receiving-only wallet payment verification.
Retention
Conversation, flow, event, and AI usage logs are retained as needed to operate the workspace and diagnose issues.
Payment proof screenshots, invoices, transaction IDs, USDT records, refund notes, override reasons, and audit logs may be retained for dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
Backups may temporarily contain deleted data until the backup rotation period expires.
Sharing and Processors
We use outside services only when needed to run the product, such as hosting, database, email, Telegram, AI services chosen by the owner, payment services, and Meta.
We do not sell customer data.
Workspace owners are responsible for ensuring their use of AI and social connections matches their customer promises and local requirements.
Your Choices
Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion of workspace data.
Meta-related deletion requests can be started from the Data Deletion page or through Meta's data deletion callback.
